The jab slows your stomach down. That’s how it works. But a meal that sits for hours can push acid up. DigestPurge helps your stomach break that meal down.

Keep taking your jab. This goes alongside it.
An evening on the jab can look like this:
Dinner. Half a plate and you’re stuffed.
Still full. You keep burping. It tastes of dinner.
Bloated and tight. The waistband has to go.
You lie down. Your chest starts to burn.
You wake up with acid in your throat.
It’s not what you ate. It’s how long it stayed. Here’s why:
The jab slows your stomach right down…
…so food sits, makes gas and pushes acid up.
An antacid calms the burn. But it doesn’t move the meal on. The food is still there. So the burn comes back the next night.
Betaine HCl. Tops up your stomach acid. Acid is step one of breaking food down. (That’s 8 grains, if you’ve seen HCl sold that way.)
520 mgAmylase, protease and lipase. Three enzymes. One each for carbs, protein and fat.
200 mgPepsin + gentian root. Pepsin goes after protein, the food that sits longest. Gentian is a bitter herb, taken before meals for generations.
120 mgNothing else. Just those, in a veggie capsule. Third-party lab tested.

One bottle covers 30 meals. Take 2 capsules right before your biggest meal. Food supplement. Keep taking your jab as prescribed.
Stocking up? 2 bottles get free UK shipping →It’s in the official drug labels. In trials, people on the jab got it 2 to 3 times as often as people on a dummy jab.
of people on Wegovy (semaglutide) had indigestion. On a dummy jab, just 3% did.
of people on the top dose of Mounjaro (tirzepatide) had indigestion. On a dummy jab, just 4% did.
Sources: FDA prescribing information for Wegovy, Table 3, revised February 2026: accessdata.fda.gov. Prescribing information for Zepbound (the US name for Mounjaro), section 6.1, revised August 2026: pi.lilly.com. Both labels also list burping and reflux.
Feeling full on less is the point. But food that stays longer has longer to cause trouble.
“Semaglutide delays gastric emptying.”
“Tirzepatide delays gastric emptying. The delay is largest after the first dose and this effect diminishes over time.”
The good news: the label says the slowing is biggest at the start and eases with time. Until it does, you can help your stomach with the job in front of it.
“Gastric emptying” means your stomach passing food on. Sources: the same two labels as above.
Antacids are a fine quick fix. NHS leaflets suggest them. They just work at the other end of the problem.
| Antacid | DigestPurge | |
|---|---|---|
| When you take it | After the burn starts | Right before you eat |
| Stomach acid | Lowers it | Tops it up |
| The meal itself | Stays put | Gets help breaking down |
| Protein | No help | Pepsin and protease |

“I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now, and it seems to be working really well. I’m back to my normal self.”

It works. It slows your stomach so you eat less. But for some people, that brings burping, bloating and a burn at night.
Most are told to chew antacids and put up with it. DigestPurge does a different job. It helps your stomach break the meal down, so less of it sits there. Yes, we sell it. And no, I won’t tell you to stop your jab.

No. Keep taking it as prescribed. DigestPurge goes alongside it. Never stop or change a prescription without talking to your prescriber.
2 capsules right before your biggest meal. Pick the one with the most protein. Don’t take them on an empty stomach and then wait to eat. Eating tiny meals on the jab? Start with 1.
A mild warm feeling can be normal. A burn is not. If you feel one, drop to 1 capsule or take it with a bigger meal. If it still burns, stop taking it.
Everyone is different. Most people notice a change in the first 1 to 2 weeks. Take it before every main meal, not now and then.
Ask your GP first. A PPI lowers stomach acid. DigestPurge tops it up. Taking both means they work against each other.
Yes, if you need one. Just don’t take it at the same time as DigestPurge. One lowers acid and the other adds it.
Don’t take it if you have a stomach ulcer or gastritis. Don’t take it if you use painkillers like ibuprofen, aspirin or naproxen most days, or take steroids. If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or on other medicine, ask your GP first.
See a doctor straight away if food gets stuck when you swallow, you keep being sick, you bring up blood or your poo turns black. The same goes for bad tummy pain that spreads to your back. That can be a sign of pancreatitis, a rare but serious side effect of the jab.
